The spa is a relaxation area with a reception, three massage rooms, a hammam, and a rest room. In the garden, there is a dining area, facing the 25m x 10M pool, equipped with a bar with kitchen and a laundry area. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and central heating. It has terraces with veranda, a small vegetable garden, a private parking, TV/Sat, and Wi-Fi. Two wells ensure good water management, accompanied by a technical room, solar panels, a 5,000-liter water reserve tank, ensuring excellent water pressure, as well as a 160 KVA electrical post. Other equipment: laundry room, a workshop for various works, 17 video surveillance cameras, a guard's room. The national road connecting Marrakech to Fès runs along the palm grove and constitutes a main entry axis of the city.
