PRIVATE NETWORK is the data controller: it determines why and how MarocImmo uses your personal data. The privacy policy provides the information required by Article 5 of Law 09-08. It also sets out retention periods, transfers abroad and the use of cookies and storage in your browser.

You may not use the MarocImmo trade mark without permission, except where permitted by law. The website’s original texts are protected by copyright (Law 2-00, Art. 3). The database is protected where the selection or arrangement of its contents constitutes an original creation; this protection does not extend to the data itself (Law 2-00, Art. 5).

Authors or rights holders retain their rights in the content of listings. Publishing this content does not give you general permission to reuse it. You may still use it where permitted by law.

MarocImmo is available in French, Arabic, English and Spanish. The French version of the legal texts is authoritative; the other versions are translations. Contracts drafted in a foreign language must be accompanied by an Arabic translation (Law 31-08, Art. 206).

The precedence given to French does not reduce the rights guaranteed to you by law. If there is any doubt about the meaning of a clause, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails (Law 31-08, Art. 9).
