Advertisers are ranked by their number of live listings. At the end of the launch, the top 100 get a longer free subscription: 1 year, 18 months or 2 years instead of 6 months. The ranking is open to everyone, even those who join after the first 1,000.

What is the free subscription?
MarocImmo will introduce paid plans later. With this offer, your plan will be free for 6 months, or up to 2 years. Optional extras paid for separately, such as promoting a listing, are not included.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Publishing is free, with no commission on sales or rentals, and no payment details are required.
When does my free subscription start?
On the day paid plans launch, not before. No date has been set yet.
Are the 6 months and 2 years added together?
No. The top 100 advertisers in the ranking receive 1 year, 18 months or 2 years instead of 6 months, not on top.
Do rentals count? Can I take part from abroad?
Yes. Both sale and rental listings count, as long as the property is in Morocco. You can take part from abroad.
How do I know if my place is reserved?
Go to My listings to see your progress (for example, “3 out of 5”), then your confirmation. Your ranking position is also shown (for example, “My position: 17th”).
How long can I take part?
The 6 months free are available to the first 1,000 advertisers. The ranking end date will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and only listings online on that date will count.
What happens when my free subscription ends?
You’ll receive an email 30 days before it ends. After that, the subscription is no longer free, and no payment is taken automatically.
What if I remove listings afterwards?
You keep your place for the 6 months free. For the ranking, only listings online on the ranking end date count.

The conditions
- Offer made by MarocImmo, published by PRIVATE NETWORK SARL. Publishing on MarocImmo is currently free.
- To get the 6 free months of subscription, a private individual must have 1 listing online, and a real estate agency 5 listings online. “Online” means visible on the site after verification.
- The offer is reserved for the first 1,000 advertisers, real estate agencies and private individuals together. The 6 months are given only once per account, in the order in which the condition is met.
- The 6 months start when subscriptions launch on MarocImmo. Options sold individually are not included.
- An email notifies the advertiser 30 days before the end of the 6 months. After the 6 months, the subscription is no longer free.
- During the launch period, advertisers are ranked by the number of listings they have online. The top 100 receive a longer free subscription, with a total duration of 2 years for places 1 to 10, 18 months for places 11 to 50 and 1 year for places 51 to 100.
- The final ranking is set at the end of the launch period, with the end date announced at least 30 days in advance. Only listings online on that date count. The team checks every listing from ranked accounts: duplicate listings and listings that are fake, copied or in breach of the publishing rules are removed, and an account that posts them may be excluded from the ranking. In the event of a tie, the advertiser who joined the launch offer first is ranked higher.
