Nestled between the Ourika Valley and the Agafay Desert, The Valley - Private Residences is to Marrakech what Palm Springs is to Los Angeles: a green haven, designed as an oasis, in a Mid-Century-Modern style. The Valley is a 5-hectare estate featuring 50 villas (40 semi-detached & 10 detached), around a long pool over 100 meters long, which is more than twice the length of an Olympic swimming pool. On either side of this pool, a clubhouse with dining as well as a wellness center (gym, SPA, ...), managed by the integrated concierge service, make The Valley an integrated project, designed as a resort to the highest hotel standards, for the enjoyment of both residents and investors.
